"Carb Cycling" Program
 
Achieving an ideal weight and body composition should not involve suffering. Many people have the mistaken idea that weight loss is all about calorie restriction, low carbohydrate intake, and/or excessive exercise.

The key to lasting fitness is an understanding of how your biochemistry works, as well as being in tune to the signals your metabolism is constantly sending you.

The comprehensive four week program I will provide you works with your body’s inner mechanisms, not against them.

InBody
 
Many methods of weight loss will help one to lose weight. However, often much of the weight lost comes from muscle tissue, contributing to "skinny fat". Once the diet or drug is stopped, most if not all the weight returns but the muscle tissue does not, slowing metabolism even more.
 
The InBody is a tool that helps track not only body fat mass and basal metabolic rate (BMR), but lean body mass and skeletal muscle mass and its distribution over the body, visceral fat, and body water.

Therefore, InBody is a great component to use when losing weight to make sure the weight being lost is from fat. I recommend it as an option for the above weight loss programs to track progress, muscle mass and metabolism. 
​

Gut Healing

If you want to achieve an ideal weight or improve a health condition, the gut is often the first place to start. Symptoms such as indigestion, gas and bloating, constipation, etc. should not be taken lightly.
